Any person aged 18 and over, whose first name, last name and street address appears on the entry form. Tickets must be purchased within the province of Quebec. For online ticket purchases, your geolocation settings will confirm that you are in Quebec. It is possible to purchase several tickets online (sent by e-mail) as well as in hard copy (available from several of our partners).

A group can also purchase a raffle ticket, provided that the name of each person who purchased the ticket appears on the entry coupon. If space is insufficient, simply appoint a group representative and draw up a document signed by all parties, stating that the ticket number XXXXXX belongs to the group represented by (name of representative). On the document, you must legibly write the names of all persons belonging to the group, and they must sign it.

A company can purchase a raffle ticket. Note that it is the company that will be declared the winner of the prize, if the ticket is drawn. If the company is a group of employees, it is important to draw up a document signed by all parties stipulating that the ticket bearing the number XYZ belongs to the group or individuals represented by (company name). On the document, you must legibly write the names of all the people belonging to the group, and they must sign it.

Give it as a gift: you can give a raffle ticket as a gift to any Quebec resident aged 18 or over. To be eligible, you'll need to write their name, street address and contact information on the ticket. You can also buy them in your own name and then give them away. In this case, it's important to draw up a document stating that the ticket bearing the number XXXXXX belongs to “X” and has been given to her as a gift. Even if you are named as a prize winner, the person to whom the ticket belongs will be legally able to claim the prize on their behalf, according to the terms of the draw.

Persons not eligible for the draw: persons under 18 years of age; employees of Enfant Soleil and persons residing at the same municipal address as them.

There is no participation limit for this draw.

Your ticket numbers purchased online, along with printable coupons, will be sent to you electronically by e-mail. No tickets will be printed and mailed. This e-mail will not contain any tickets to print, only numbers for the draw, and no physical tickets can be printed and mailed when purchased online. Please check your spam mailbox if you do not see this in your inbox.

A total of 159,000 tickets, numbered 000001 to 159,000, are available. Tickets cost $10 each, or 15 tickets for $100 and 50 tickets for $250, these last two offers are available in limited quantities and online only. 

The draw will take place on March 20, 2025, between 11 a.m. and 1 p.m., at Enfant Soleil's head office, 450 Saint-Jean-Baptiste Avenue, Suite 10, Quebec City, Quebec, G2E 6H5. A video of the draw will be posted later in the day on Enfant Soleil's Facebook page.

The purchase of draw ticket(s) is non-refundable.

Unfortunately, no receipts are issued for the purchase of raffle tickets. This purchase does not constitute a pure donation within the meaning of the regulations to which non-profit organizations are subject, since you derive a benefit from your purchase, namely the chance to win a prize.

All ticket sales are donated to Enfant Soleil. We are fortunate to be able to count on the support of generous partners who enable us to keep the operating costs of such a project to a minimum.

We identify the winner by means of two documents of identification that confirm the name and contact details entered on the entry coupon or electronic form duly completed at the time of purchase. Losing your ticket is not a problem, whether on paper or online. However, if you have moved between the time, you purchased your ticket and the draw and you win a prize, you will need identification confirming the address on the ticket to claim your prize.

In the event that prizes remain unclaimed after April 20, 2025, they will be reused for other Enfant Soleil fundraising activities.

• 500 Familiprix points ($5 reward) on purchases of $40 or more.
• $100 off on any purchase of $1,000 or more (regular price items) before taxes at Flordeco (paper coupon).
• 10% additional discount exclusively for new Tuango members (redeemable online).
• 15% off regular price items at Womance (redeemable online).

Only one set of coupons is issued for the purchase of a $100 ticket for 15 chances to win and for a $250 ticket for 50 chances to win.

• It is essential to enable your browser's geolocation feature to validate that you are in the province of Quebec when purchasing your ticket.
• You must check both boxes on the shopping cart page before proceeding to the transaction page.

• Within 24 hours of your ticket purchase, you will receive an e-mail containing the 6-digit number(s) of your raffle tickets, as well as a series of coupons.
• A coupon for each ticket purchased is automatically added to the draw barrel.

• Only the ticket numbers, when purchased online, will be sent by email. There will be no infographic ticket attached to the email. Make sure you have a valid email address before making the purchase and enter it correctly. You will receive an email no later than 24 hours after your purchase.
• When you purchase 15 tickets for $100 or 50 tickets for $250, you will receive an e-mail containing the 15 or 50 specific ticket numbers, depending on the offer purchased.
• If you purchase your tickets from one of our partners' shopping carts, via their transactional site, please allow 7 to 10 days for your ticket numbers to be e-mailed to you.
• Please note that only one set of discount coupons will be emailed to you with your online ticket purchase, even if several tickets have been purchased. Coupons are redeemable online using an applicable promotional code, with the exception of those offered by Flordeco and Familiprix, which must be printed and presented in-store to obtain the discount.

First, take a look at your spam folder. If the tickets aren't there, send an e-mail to tirages@enfantsoleil.ca with the ticket holder's first name, last name and e-mail address. Our team will return the ticket electronically.

To redeem coupons in-store, you must present the printed version. No store will accept the electronic version presented on a phone or mobile device. Coupons offered by Air Canada, Tuango and Womance are redeemable online using a promotional code.
